Just Do It
Do you believe I can operate through your wife? Do you believe I can operate through you? Some believe I can work through another but not themselves. I can work through all and need only a willing instrument. You could choose not to fulfill my cause but you would continue to have a war in your body because a part of you knows that you are made to fulfill my purpose for you.
Pray this scripture: “Teach me your way, O Lord, and give me an undivided heart that I may fear you. (Ps. 86:11). Choose to put this seed of obedience and patience in the ground, preferring my life and help for mankind, my glory and name. Make that seed multiply and bear a huge harvest for my captive people. Prepare the way, remove the stones-I have been waiting for you. Just do it, and I guarantee it will be an investment in redemptive suffering and defeat any remaining root of self-will and rebellion. Faithfulness defeats these foes. As this happens in your spirit-then it happens in the physical automatically and you can set others free. Continue to teach this other side of yourself to follow and grow. Don’t give way to the soul’s clamor and immaturity.
Continue to renew your mind and speak aloud who you are in Me. Don’t listen to the voice of insecurity, that side of you that feels the urge to run and escape. When my Holy Spirit comes, all these crutches will fall away and you will know who you were made to be! You will be undivided. You will be whole again and do what you were made to accomplish for me. Come along, as there are many to come to your school of servanthood and denial of self in a self indulgent world. There are many who need to be awakened from the dead. Will you go first and bring many upright men behind you, including your own sons?
