God is training men and women of Issachar who know the times and what Israel should do. How do they know? They have paid a price to get understanding. Understanding is what we need in this hour, not so much reason or logic-it’s having our eyes opened by standing in the shoes of others going through difficulty. That’s the only way to acquire compassion and understanding because we know that our brothers throughout the world are going through the same kind of sufferings we are. This last season has been training for the benefit of others- our roots of faith must go down deep beneath the surface to help others be able to stand in the day of trouble and comfort those with the comfort we’ve received.
