Is there someone you love that you would like to reach with a remedy you think would really help them? I\u2019ve been there and I found that the person wanting to help another was often suffering more than the person to be helped because they were laboring to get through to them. This labor calls for extreme patience and prayer for their breakthrough and for the rough edges of our character to be refined in the process. <\/p>\n

I discovered that people can be bitter and have walls up. Something has happened in their life which made them not want to trust anyone but their own way. <\/p>\n

It is easy to love those we love and choose but what about the prickly ones God chooses for us? I have to remind myself that he is working something in me at the same time. You have to be a transparent friend and open yourself up before you can expect to have a friend. The Word says that they will know God\u2019s disciples by their love for one another. <\/p>\n

It doesn’t matter if we agree
\nAll He asks is that we serve Him faithfully
\nAnd love as He first loved us,
\nHe made us in His image<\/p>\n

And in His eyes, we are all the same.
\nAnd though our methods they may be different,
\nJesus is the bond that will remain.<\/p>\n

In our hearts, we’re undivided,
\nWorshiping one Savior, one Lord
\nIn our hearts, we’re undivided,
\nBound by His spirit, lost in his love!
\nUndivided!<\/p>\n

Love must be worked into us. Sometimes people annoy us. If that happens with you, pray this prayer:<\/p>\n

Lord, I can\u2019t do it but you can reach this person through me! Chisel the rough edges off of me where I can give that unconditional love of yours to others! Unite us by your spirit. AMEN<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
